Later this week, that creep of all creeps, Mark David Chapman’s (you all know who he is and what he did, I cannot bring myself to type it) case will be brought up with parole officers at Attica State Prison.  This is the fifth time he’s requesting parole, can you believe him?? Yoko Ono is asking officials there not to release Chapman, telling the New York Daily News…

“It’s dangerous for him to come out. Not only for us, but for himself. There are so many people out there who dislike him. It’s safer for him to stay in jail.”

She is absolutely right on with this one.  If he were released,  I believe somebody would try to take him out on his first day of freedom.

UPDATE: it was just reported that his parole was denied. Yay!

Heather Mills has been slapped with a bill for $168,800 for publicity services.

Michele Elyzabeth, who quit working for Paul McCartney’s ex-wife last month following a heated phone call with the activist, has now sent Mills a bill for services rendered.

“As this personal and business relationship has come to an end, I am hereby requesting all previous fees, which were deferred until such time that you were financially able to fulfill our verbal agreement,”

Elyzabeth wrote in a letter addressed to Mills.

In July, Elyzabeth told a source,

“I worked for free because she told me she had no money.”

Now, with their relationship over, Elyzabeth is asking to be paid in full by the woman whose split with McCartney left her nearly $50 million richer.

I don’t think Elyzabeth is wrong for wanting to be paid. After all, Mills just recently bought a luxury apartment on Manhattan’s posh Upper East Side for $5 million.  Pay your bills, Heather!

Yoko Ono has shot to the top of Billboard’s Dance Chart this week, beating out Madonna.  Wow, that’s is quite a dubious distinction if I do say so myself!  Yoko’s version of Give Peace A Chance, from her new CD ONO Give Peace A Chance, edged out Madonna’s Give It 2 Me from her new CD Hard Candy.

I wonder what John Lennon would’ve thought about this re-mix of his infamous anthem?  I’m not too sure I dig it.  In fact, I like Madonna’s dance tune a lot better.

Paul McCartney and new girlfriend Nancy Shevell are enjoying a summer road trip together. The couple left Paul’s New York home last Thursday, July 30, and have been traveling U.S. legendary Route 66 in a classic 1989 Ford Bronco. News of the trip emerged after Paul posed for pictures with a group of fans at a service station in Springfield, Illinois on Saturday after traveling almost 1,000 miles since setting out. The trip has been planned in great secrecy, with Paul, 66, and Nancy, 47, telling just a few friends.

One fan, CJ Lowder, said:

“They looked totally in love. Nancy jumped at the chance to take a picture of Paul with us. They told us they were on a trip and going to St. Louis before heading west. No one could believe it was really him - he was so laidback and ordinary.”

I somehow think that Paul and Nancy are not the least bit worried about the outrageous cost of gas.

The greedy gold-digger Heather Mills who was recently dumped by her publicist is reportedly moving to New York after purchasing an apartment in the city. After receiving a $50 divorce settlement from former Beatle Sir Paul McCartney, the bitch everyone loves to hate was said to be on the hunt for a home in the USA, either New York City or Los Angeles.

According to reports, Mills signed a contract to purchase the two-bedroom condominium in June which cost just under $5 million. Now Mills will be living on the same street where the girls from Sex and the City lived in the show so perhaps she’ll be on the hunt for her next victim over there.

As was reported previously here at Blog Meanies, Heather Mills has been dumped by her publicist, and now Michele Elyzabeth is going public with some info on those tapes that allegedly show Paul McCartney being not-so-nice to his former missus. According to Elyzabeth, those tapes never even existed. In a taped interview with Access Hollywood, the former rep said:

“I really don’t believe she did (have the video). I was close enough and I heard a couple of conversations. Now that I know what I know, I don’t really think that Paul really went after her for anything.

“She had basically nothing - she had tapes of her being in the studio with him, her being on the road with him, private moments.

“She told me a bunch of stuff… (but) I don’t see him being a violent person.”

Hmmm….very interesting. One just doesn’t know who to believe these days, but knowing what we know about the gold-digger witch, I’d put my money on what the ex-publicist has to say. Actually, anything that comes from that big-mouth of the gold-digger is of questionable validity, to put it mildly.

Heather Mills has found herself minus a publicist. Michele Elyzabeth, the publicist in question, has dumped Mills because she “couldn’t take anymore” of her “outbursts”. The public relations manager has slammed her former client, saying that she was mistreated by the gold-digger, and was impossible to deal with. She released a statement to the media:

She’s at it again. That’s right, the gold-digger that we all love to hate, Heather Mills, has been seen making the rounds in Los Angeles looking for a new place to live. But reports are that she’s giving her realtor a really hard time because she is intent on spending “only” one million dollars, and refuses to budge from her price. Not too long ago, Mills claimed that a permanent move to America would be impossible, since she had to remain in England so that her ex, Sir Paul McCartney, could have access to their daughter, Beatrice.

Poor Heather. She keeps on getting caught contradicting herself. I guess some things just never change. And she sure is being thrifty with Paul’s money that she squeezed from him in the divorce settlement, wanting to spend no more than a million of his dollars on a home!

It’s really great to read that Linda McCartney’s frozen food brand will be around for a long time, according to Fakenham bosses. Fakenham-based frozen vegetarian food range has announced it will add three new product lines.

The new lines include: vegetarian mince, vegetarian “meatballs,” and vegetarian “chicken-style” pieces which are all part of a review of the producer’s portfolio and a rejuvenation of the brand.

Newly appointed executive chairman of the firm, Peter McPhilips has promised to revitalize the brand with “the full blessing and support of Sir Paul McCartney and his family.”

Linda’s frozen food line is made under licence by Hain Celestial at its Holt Road site in Fakenham, bought by the UK-wide group in 2006 from Heinz Frozen and Chilled Foods.

The hope is that the new lines of frozen foods will serve as a revitalization to the brand as well as provide vegetarian cooks with an alternative to meat.

Surprisingly, the brands sales had fallen to $20 million prior to a relaunch at the end of last year compared with sales of $80 million when Linda’s line was introduced.

Great stuff - I’ve actually tried some of Linda’s frozen foods and it’s a pretty good line.
