Paul McCartney Concert

Sir Paul McCartney performed today, Sept. 25, in Tel Aviv to more than 40,000 screaming, cheering fans.  Paul rocked Tel Aviv’s outdoor Yarkon Park, opening with ‘Hello, Goodbye’, and performing both Beatles and his solo band Wings hits.  He even lead the crowd in a sing-along to ‘Give Peace a Chance’, Paul spoke to the fans in both English and Hebrew, saying Happy New Year in Hebrew (Jewish New Year is next week).  Many in the crowd were wearing “I Love Paul” t-shirts.  Macca called the concert ‘Friendship First’ and said that he wished for peace between Israel and the Palestinians.
