Gold digger Heather Mills got a bill from her former publicist, Michele Elyzabeth, for $168,800. Here is part of the letter Elyzabeth wrote to Mills:

“As this personal and business relationship has come to an end, I am hereby requesting all previous fees, which were deferred until such time that you were financially able to fulfill our verbal agreement”

Also, in July, Elyzabeth told Access:

“I worked for free because she told me she had no money.”

I don’t think Elyzabeth is wrong for wanting to be paid. After all, Mills just recently bought a luxury apartment on Manhattan’s West Village for $5 million. Pay your bills, Heather!
