Sir Paul McCartney is in the running for the World’s Sexiest Vegetarian Award 2008. The award is organized by Peta 2, the youth division of People For the Ethical Treatment of Animals. Those who are interested in voting can do so at the group’s website Peta2.com. Several other celebrities have been nominated along with Sir Paul, but of course, he gets my vote. It’s a well known fact that Paul and his late wife Linda were vegetarians and avid supporters of animal rights.
